Bad weather today. Freezing rain, rain and some snow. Better wear my new hat.

We were up early the other morning so SUM and I took opposite ends of the couch for a nap. Sum went to use the litter box and on return found out I stole her end with pillow and blanket.

I always get my walks to the park. I get  to meet the people who look after the best public gardens in Kingston. So here I go just to wonder where all the flowers have gone.

Even without flowers I still enjoy the park.

Here I am trying to duplicate Skippy's picture with nasturtiums. This batch is belongs to my neighbor.

My favorite park that I visit at least 3 times a day. In spite of the dry spell the Girls keep the flowers looking great.

Sorry I have not posted for a while. First it was too wet for the camera. Then the heat wave hit and although I got all my walks in they were shortened up. My water bottle even went with me for my 6 am walks. One morning during a 4 blocker I drank half the bottle. With the heat I have only seen 2 weddings in the park. At the last one the pictures were being taken in the shade. The limo driver was nice and asked if I needed my water bottle refilled. Except for a couple of burs I am doing well. I have not been swimming yet. But I have relatives who did very well (won categories) at the PWDCC National Specialty. Special congrats to my Dad Nemo. The PWDCC published a list of what judges consider a great show dog. I got to play with the tape as all my measurements were taken. I meet all the ratios. It seems I am just big for the breed. Still even at 5 1/2 everybody I meet thinks I am a Puppy.    

    

Two of us had birthday parties last week. I turned 5 and my new friend Daisy turned 3. We must have had good parties as we are both tired. I have not met Daisy in person just through e-mail. SUM will get to meet her this fall when she visits Scotland to visit Daisy's Mom.
